By using Wiggly Doodles you agree to these terms. If you’re setting up the app for a child, you agree on their behalf and are responsible for how they use it.
Using the app
- Only use drawings you or your child made, or that you have permission to use.
- Please don’t upload photos of people, or anything hurtful, scary or inappropriate for kids.
- Don’t try to misuse, overload or get around the limits of the service.
Your drawings and movies
Your drawings stay yours. You give us permission to use a drawing only to create the movie you asked for. The movies are made for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment, and you’re welcome to share them.
AI-made movies
Movies are created by artificial intelligence, so results vary and may not always look exactly like the drawing. We work to keep every adventure kid-friendly, but we can’t guarantee every result.
Free movies and subscriptions
- Each device gets free movies to try the app (currently 2).
- Subscriptions include a set number of movies, shown in the app: weekly and monthly plans refill each week or month, and the yearly plan is one allowance for the whole subscription year. Unused movies don’t carry over to the next week, month or year.
- Movie Packs are one-time purchases of extra movies. They don’t expire and are used after your plan’s movies run out. They’re tied to the device and aren’t refundable once used, except where the law says otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until canceled; you can cancel anytime in the app’s Grown-ups area (“Manage subscription”), and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Changes and availability
We may add, change or remove adventures and features, and we may update these terms. We’ll try to keep the app running smoothly, but it’s provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable.
